Why is my chat response not sending?

If your chat message appears to hang when you send your recorded response, your microphone is likely not enabled. When this happens, you will see the typing bubble for an extended period of time



To resolve this, please navigate to your browser settings and confirm microphone access is turned on.


For iPhone:

  1. Navigate to your Settings App
  2. At the top, search for the browser you use
  3. In the browser settings, toggle Microphone one to enable access



For Android:

  1. Chrome
    1. To the right of the address bar, click More then Settings.
    2. Click Site Settings
    3. Click Microphone and toggle on to enable access
  2. Firefox
    1. Click on the ellipsis (three dots) located in the top right corner
    2. Click Settings
    3. Click Site Permissions
    4. Turn microphone on
